Privacy Policy
This policy explains what GraceTogether collects, why, and what control you have. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising or tracking.
What we collect
- Your account details (email address and display name) when you sign in.
- Messages, prayers, and other content you post within the app.
- Subscription status and an anonymous purchase identifier.
Who processes it
- Google Firebase — authentication, database, and file storage.
- RevenueCat — processes subscription receipts and entitlement status.
- DeepSeek (via our own Cloudflare Worker) — powers in-app guidance features.
- Apple — processes payments; we never see your card details.
Additional notes
GraceTogether includes user-generated content and messaging. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You can block or report any user or post from within the app, and reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.
How long we keep it
Data stored on your device remains until you delete it or remove the app. Data held on our servers is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
Deleting your account and data
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from within the app, or by emailing mobileappsupport@academica.sh. We action deletion requests within 30 days.
Children
GraceTogether is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email mobileappsupport@academica.sh and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
